After ensuring we are a good fit, we will then set up a meeting to discuss details for what you are looking for as well as details about the company. This help's us to ensure we source the most ideal candidate. 

 We only do direct hiring. Meaning the candidate's we present are to be hired directly by you as a full time employee.

 Valor Hire source's any positions within the construction industry.

Our fees range from 5% to 15% of the candidates first year salary contingent on them being hired. The fee depends on the level of position. 

Every full time hire comes with a 180-day guarantee. If that candidate is let go due to performance or they quit themselves, we will refund 50% of the fee OR replace them free of charge.
